Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and requested that Withum furnish it with a letter addressed to the SEC stating whether it agrees with the above statements in this Item 4.01(a). A copy of Withum’s letter, dated March 23, 2026, is filed as Exhibit 16.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.     (b) Appointment of New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm   On March 19, 2026, the Audit Committee approved the engagement of Whitley Penn LLP (“Whitley”) as its new independent registered public accounting firm, effectively immediately, subject to Whitley’s completion of its standard client acceptance, independence procedures, and execution of a final engagement letter.
