On July 15, 2020, Larry Gaffey, a member of the Board of Directors of Reliability Incorporated (the “Company”) and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees thereof, notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective July 15, 2020. Mr. Gaffey did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
