(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Office of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on April 3, 2020, indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
