September 27, 2018 John Wilkens, Chief Financial Officer, resigned his position at Daxor Corporation to take a position in the
financial services industry. On September 20, 2018, Robert J. Michel joined Daxor Corporation and assumed the role of Chief Financial
Officer on September 28, 2018.
