Pebblebrook Hotel Trust files DEF 14A

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to elect seven trustee nominees, ratify KPMG LLP as its independent auditor, approve executive compensation on an advisory basis, and approve an amendment to its Declaration of Trust to allow shareholders to remove trustees without cause. The Board of Trustees recommends a "FOR" vote on all proposals.
