Aterian, Inc. is reporting on its entry into an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell substantially all assets of its consumer products business to Trademark Global, LLC, and a Securities Purchase Agreement with David E. Lazar for the purchase of preferred stock. The company also declared a dividend in the form of contingent value rights (CVRs) to record holders of its common stock and certain warrants.
