Shareholder Vote

BIO-key International, Inc. held a special meeting of stockholders on April 20, 2026, where shareholders approved an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split. The Board of Directors will determine the final ratio and timing, no later than May 6, 2026.
