NEXPOINT DIVERSIFIED REAL ESTATE TRUST files DEF 14A

NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust (NXDT) is holding its annual meeting on June 2, 2026, to elect seven trustees, approve an advisory vote on executive compensation, approve a new long-term incentive plan, and approve the issuance of common shares related to Series B Preferred Shares.
