(NREF) is holding its annual meeting on June 2, 2026, to elect seven directors, approve executive compensation on an advisory basis, and ratify KPMG LLP as the independent auditor for 2026. Shareholders will also vote on the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation and the issuance of common stock upon redemption of Series C Preferred Stock in accordance with NYSE rules.
