Regulation FD Disclosure   On March 17, 2026, Friedman Industries, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing plans to expand its Sinton, Texas facility, including an increase in building size and the addition of laser cutting equipment to provide new fabrication capabilities.
