Lowden, a member of the Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Ingles Markets, Incorporated, a North Carolina corporation (the “ Company ”), notified the Company of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Board and that he would resign his directorship, effective December 31, 2025.
