There were 15,280,545 votes for such approval, 707,552 votes against, 865,449 abstentions and 1,809,497 broker non-votes.     The appointment of CohnReznick LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 1, 2026 was ratified by the Shareholders.
