Hrdy as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.   The following is biographical information for Ms. Hrdy:   Helen L. Hrdy , 60, prior to her appointment as our Chief Operating Officer on October 14, 2024, Ms. Hrdy served as our Chief Customer Officer since January 2024. Prior to that position, Ms. Hrdy served as our Chief Growth Officer from January 2020 to January 2024 and Senior Vice President, Customer Success, from January 2012 to January 2020.
