Other Events   Annual Meeting of Stockholders   The Board of Directors of The LGL Group, Inc. ("LGL," "LGL Group," or the "Company") has determined that the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2024 Annual Meeting”) will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 10:00am ET. The Board has established the close of business on September 30, 2024, as the record date for the determination of stockholders who are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2024 Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.   Item 9.01.
