Glazer, Jr. informed the Board of Directors of Escalade, Incorporated (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from his role as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Mr. Glazer further informed the Board that his desired retirement date would be December 31, 2024, but that he will work with the Board to assist with a smooth transition to his successor and through any transition period that the Board may desire.   The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company’s Board will lead the process to determine Mr. Glazer’s successor.
