(the “Company”) that he will be resigning from his position as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer effective as of March 7, 2024. Mr. Kodama will remain an employee of the Company in a limited capacity to assist with accounting and reporting matters The Company wishes to express its appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Kodama for his years of service to the Company.   Until a Principal Accounting Officer is hired, Wade K.
