(the "Company") issued a news release on January 3, 2019 reporting its results of operations for its 201 9 fiscal year third quarter ended November 25 , 2018 . The Company is furnishing the news release to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and it is incorporated herein by reference. Special Dividend On January 2, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a special cash dividend of $4.25 per share payable on February 26, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 5 , 2019.
