(the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 5, 2016, regarding the election of Paul R. Charron to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, to include the Board committee assignment for Mr. Charron, which had not been determined at the time of filing the Original 8-K. (d) On July 13, 2016, the Board appointed Mr. Charron as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, effective as of that date.
