Borin, the Company’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer, effective as of September 6, 2019, in addition to continuing his other positions with the Company. Mr. Borin, 52, has been the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2018.
