(the "Company") issued an earnings release announcing financial results for the Company's fiscal fourth quarter and full-year ended September 30, 2022.     A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. All information in the earnings release is furnished but not filed.     On October 25, 2022, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2022 financial results. Item 8.01      Other Events.          On October 21, 2022, the Company’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the aggregate amount of $0.45 per share of class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and C common stock and series A, B and C convertible participating preferred stock on an as-converted basis), payable on December 1, 2022, to all holders of record as of November 11, 2022.
