New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) will host a virtual analyst day via live webcast on November 30, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. ET, which will include an investor presentation providing a business and strategy update, including fiscal 2021 guidance and financial growth targets. NJR also published an investor fact sheet entitled, “Understanding NJR’s Change in Accounting Method for Solar Transactions and Tax Equity Financing” (the “Investor Fact Sheet”). The investor presentation to be used during NJR’s virtual analyst day and the Investor Fact Sheet, are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference into Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
