AXIA Energia S.A. approved the 9th issuance of simple, unsecured, non-convertible debentures for professional investors, with an initial total issue amount of R$ 800,000,000.00, potentially increasing to R$ 1,000,000,000.00. The debentures will mature in 10 years, on June 15, 2036, and will be monetarily restated by the IPCA.
