AXIA Energia S.A. is launching a public offering for the distribution of its 9th issue of simple debentures, initially totaling R$ 800,000,000.00. The funds raised will be used for future payments, reimbursement of expenses, or debts related to the implementation of the Santo Antônio HPP project.
