AXIA Energia S.A. announced the deadlines and procedures for the redemption or conversion of its Class “C” preferred shares (PNC Shares), with an initial redemption amount of up to BRL 4 billion for the first transaction. Shareholders have a period to elect conversion into common shares instead of redemption, with those not making an election automatically having their shares redeemed.
