AXIA Energia S.A. is providing information regarding the redemption and/or conversion of its Class C preferred shares (PNCs) into common shares, with a deadline of 2031 for all PNC shares to be converted or redeemed. Holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) backed by PNC shares will not have the option to convert and their shares will be mandatorily redeemed.
