PETROBRAS - PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA files 6-K

Petrobras signed contracts for two FPSO units for the Sergipe Deepwater project, with investments exceeding R$ 60 billion expected to produce over 1 billion barrels of oil equivalent. The company will own the units, while SBM Offshore will handle design, construction, assembly, and operation for an initial 6.5 years.
