Petrobras plans to invest US$13 billion in energy transition initiatives from 2026 to 2030, covering operational decarbonization, low-carbon energy, bioproducts, and R&D&I. The company reduced absolute operational emissions by 36% compared to 2015, reaching 50 million tCO₂e in 2025, and achieved a 62% reduction in direct methane emissions between 2015 and 2025.
