PETROBRAS - PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA files 6-K

Petrobras announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of shareholder remuneration totaling R$ 9.03 billion, equivalent to R$ 0.70097272 per outstanding common and preferred share. This payment is an anticipation of remuneration for the fiscal year 2026, based on the balance sheet as of March 31, 2026. The distribution will be made in two installments in August and September 2026.
