AXIA Energia S.A. files 6-K

AXIA Energia S.A. reported an Adjusted Net Income of R$ 3,707 million in 1Q26, compared to a loss of R$ 80 million in 1Q25, driven by higher generation revenue, lower financial expenses, and increased contributions from equity income. The company also secured 190 MW in the 2026 Reserve Capacity Auction, representing an approximately R$ 1 billion investment in a new generating unit.
