Petrobras has agreed to acquire 100% of a portion of the Argonauta Field ring-fence in the Campos Basin from Shell, ONGC, and Brava for R$ 700 million and US$ 150 million. This acquisition is expected to strengthen Petrobras' operations in the Campos Basin and maximize value with a focus on profitable assets.
