AXIA Energia S.A. files 6-K

AXIA Energia S.A. shareholders approved a change of the company's corporate name to AXIA Energia S.A. and corresponding amendment to the Bylaws with 993,579,798 votes for, 31,542 against, and 305,819,830 abstentions. Shareholders also approved amendments to the Bylaws to enhance executive powers and a Performance Share Grant Plan as a long-term incentive.
