AMÉRICA MÓVIL's shareholders approved an ordinary dividend of MXP$0.54 per share, payable in two installments in 2026. They also approved a buyback program fund of MXP$10,000 million for the April 2026 – April 2027 period, which, when combined with the outstanding balance, totals MXP$21,042.6 million.
