Petrobras' Annual General Meeting approved the allocation of earnings for fiscal year 2025, resulting in a supplementary remuneration payment of R$0.32626409 per outstanding share on May 20, 2026, and another payment of R$0.32626409 per outstanding share on June 22, 2026. The meeting also approved the capital budget for fiscal year 2026 and elected 11 members to the Board of Directors and 5 members to the Fiscal Council.
