AXIA Energia S.A. files 6-K

Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobrás held its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting on April 15, 2026, where shareholders approved the management report and financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and the allocation of R$6,560 million to the legal reserve and interim dividends. The company also approved a change of its corporate name to "AXIA Energia S.A." and amendments to its Bylaws.
