Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. - Eletrobrás shareholders approved the management's proposal to migrate the Company's shares to the Novo Mercado special listing segment of B3. This approval includes the conversion of all Class A1 and Class B1 preferred shares into common shares at a ratio of 1.1 common share for each preferred share. The effectiveness of these conversions and the migration are subject to further approvals and conditions.
