Petrobras announced nominations for its Board of Directors and Fiscal Council, with the controlling shareholder nominating candidates for both bodies. Minority shareholders also put forward nominees for the Board of Directors through cumulative voting and separate elections for common and preferred shares, as well as for the Fiscal Council.
