Eletrobras resubmitted the Distance Voting Ballot for its April 15, 2026, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting to include candidates nominated by shareholders holding class "C" preferred shares for the Fiscal Council election. Voting instructions previously submitted remain valid, and shareholders can submit the ballot until April 11, 2026.
