REGIONS FINANCIAL CORP files DEF 14A

The Board of Directors of Regions Financial Corporation is seeking shareholder approval for the annual election of 13 director nominees, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor.
