Assurant, Inc. held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders where shareholders approved an amendment to the Assurant, Inc. 2017 Long Term Equity Incentive Plan to increase the available share reserve. Shareholders also elected 10 nominees to the Board of Directors and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm.
