Teamshares Inc files DEFA14A

Live Oak Acquisition Corp. V (Live Oak) has entered into a Forward Purchase Agreement with a fund sub-advised by JBA Asset Management LLC (Seller or FPA Investor) to support its proposed business combination with Teamshares Inc. This agreement aims to reduce the number of public shares redeemed in connection with the merger by allowing the FPA Investor to purchase up to "4,000,000 shares" of Live Oak's public shares.
