All In FutureTech Alliance, Inc. entered into a Debt-to-Equity Rights Purchase Agreement to acquire rights related to approximately 43.55% of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited for $1,742,000,000, payable in stock. The company also entered into Minority Share Purchase Agreements to acquire additional shares of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited.
