Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.   On December 8, 2025, Masco Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Imran Ahmad, Masco’s Group President, Decorative Architectural Products, will conclude service with the Company on December 31, 2025 when his position is eliminated.
