On
December 8, 2025, Masco Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Imran Ahmad, Masco’s Group President,
Decorative Architectural Products, will conclude service with the Company on December 31, 2025 when his position is eliminated. Jon
Nudi, the Company’s President & CEO, will have oversight of the Decorative Architectural Products segment going
forward.
