(the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2024 Annual Meeting”) on November 1, 2024. At the 2024 Annual Meeting, the following proposals were submitted by the Company’s Board of Directors to a vote of the Company’s shareholders and the ratification of the appointment of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
