(the “Company”) and Dominari Financial Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Dominari Financial”), were named as defendants in a complaint filed by Mr. Carlos Aldavero (“Mr. Aldavero”), the former President of Dominari Financial, alleging a breach of Mr. Aldavero’s employment contract. Mr. Aldavero was terminated by Dominari Financial on May 16, 2023.
