Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 13, 2023, Campaign US published an article
regarding Omnicom Group Inc. (the “Company”), which stated that the Company “is comfortable with the guidance it issued
in February.” In February 2023, the Company issued guidance of full year 2023 organic revenue growth of 3% to 5%. The Company affirms
such guidance as of April 13, 2023, and expects to provide guidance consistent with the previously announced range of organic revenue
growth of 3% to 5% for full year 2023 on its earnings call on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, starting at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference
call will be simulcast and archived on the Company’s website at investor.omnicomgroup.com.
