(the "Company") issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock which will be paid on or about June 24, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2014. The Company also announced that its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on July 8, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. ET at the West Palm Beach office of Akerman LLP, located at 222 Lakeview Avenue, Suite 400, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
