Other than as set forth in this Amendment No. 1, no changes have been made to the Initial Form 8-K. Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On May 16, 2024, James M. Jenkins notified the board of directors of Transcat, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as Chief Legal and Corporate Development Officer of the Company effective as of June 1, 2024.
