On March 15, 2021, New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) issued a press release announcing an increase in fiscal 2021 net financial earnings guidance (the “Press Release”). On March 16 and 18, 2021, NJR will deliver presentations at the 5 th Annual Mizuho Energy Summit and the Siebert Williams Shank West Coast Utilities Conference, respectively.
