Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. is offering U.S.$ aggregate principal amount of senior callable fixed-to-fixed reset rate notes due 2030, 2032, 2037, and 2047, and U.S.$ aggregate principal amount of senior callable floating rate notes due 2030 and 2032. The net proceeds from this offering will be used to make a loan to Mizuho Bank for its general corporate purposes.
