On June 1, 2026, Joseph Kimmell, Executive Vice President, Operations of Champion Homes, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to retire from such position effective June 26, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). The Company has entered into an agreement with Mr. Kimmell to provide certain consulting services to the Company from the Effective Date through August 31, 2026 to ensure the orderly transition of his responsibilities. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, one-third of the restricted stock unit award granted to Mr. Kimmell in August 2025 will vest at the conclusion of his consulting period.   On June 1, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company made the following appointments effective as of June 2, 2026: Wade Lyall as Chief Sales Officer of the Company, John Kastanek as Chief Customer Experience Officer of the Company, and Andrew Houser as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing of the Company.
